Refund policy

We want you to be 100% happy with the look, fit and feel of your new kit.

WRONG SIZE?

If the sizing isn't quite right, we offer free returns for exchange in Australia on all kits as long as:

• It is within 30 days of when the order was shipped
• It is unworn and unused
• It is unwashed
• It is in the same condition you received it and able to be re-sold
• All original tags are attached and it is with original packaging

If the original style or size is no longer available, a full refund will be arranged.

CHANGE OF MIND?

All items are available for exchange or refund under the above conditions. 
Please note, all returns postage cost will be covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.

If your order was sent with free shipping and the return of an item brings the order cost below the free shipping value, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

OTHER

All Catacomb products are made to the highest quality standards. If an item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we will repair, replace or refund the item at no cost to the customer.
